From time to time we run seasonal promotions on our Christmas collections. The following terms apply to those promotions and should be read together with our terms and conditions of sale. If there is any conflict between these promotion-specific terms and our general terms of sale, these promotion-specific terms will apply to the relevant promotion. Unless we expressly say otherwise in the relevant promotional materials, the promotions described below are separate and cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer, voucher or discount code.

Bauble Gift Sets

We offer a range of bauble sets (each a Bauble Gift Set). Each Bauble Gift Set contains a fixed selection of Christmas tree decoration products chosen by us and is sold as a single product for one inclusive price.

• The price of a Bauble Gift Set is lower than the total cost of buying the products it contains individually. The saving is built into the Bauble Gift Set price shown at the point of sale, and no separate discount code is needed or applied.
• The contents of a Bauble Gift Set are fixed. Individual items within a Bauble Gift Set cannot be added, removed, substituted, purchased, returned or refunded separately, and a Bauble Gift Set may only be returned as a complete set (please see Returns & Refunds below).
• Bauble Gift Sets are a standalone promotion. They do not count towards the qualifying spend for our Tree of Treasures Collection offer (below) and do not qualify for any free gift, spend-threshold reward or other promotion, unless we expressly state otherwise.
• All Bauble Gift Sets are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute an item in the Bauble Gift Set for an item of equal or greater value.

Tree of Treasures Collection Offer

When you buy qualifying Christmas products individually from our Tree of Treasures collection (Eligible Products), you may receive one or more complimentary gifts (each a Free Gift) depending on how much you spend in a single order, as set out below. Eligible products will be detailed on the Site under the Tree of Treasures collection tab.

• Spend £75 or more on Eligible Products in a single order and you will receive 3 complimentary wooden Christmas tree decorations.
• Spend £150 or more on Eligible Products in a single order and you will receive 3 complimentary wooden Christmas tree decorations and 1 complimentary Tree of Treasures Chest.

The qualifying spend is calculated on the price paid for Eligible Products in a single order only. It excludes delivery charges, any Bauble Gift Sets, and any products that are not Eligible Products. Products shown as excluded on the relevant product page or in the promotional materials do not count towards the threshold.

• Where a discount code or other reduction applies to your order, the qualifying spend is the amount actually payable for the Eligible Products after that reduction, unless the promotional materials say otherwise.
• The relevant Free Gift(s) will be added to your order automatically at checkout once the qualifying spend is reached, subject to availability. One set of each Free Gift is available per qualifying order.
• Free Gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, other products or delivery. Free Gifts are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change Eligible Products and substitute the Free Gifts for items of equal or greater value.
• If you return Eligible Products and, as a result, your remaining spend on Eligible Products falls below the relevant threshold, you must also return the associated Free Gift(s). If you choose to keep the Free Gift(s), we may deduct their usual selling price from your refund, or ask you to pay that amount, to the extent the law allows. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights in respect of faulty goods.

General terms for our Christmas collection promotions

• Where we deliver: these promotions are available for delivery to;
• England, Scotland Wales   and Northern Ireland (“UK”)
• The Channel Islands (Guernsey GY and Jersey JE postcodes)
• The Republic of Ireland
• Isle of Man
• Gibralter

as further detailed in the Delivery Terms in our terms and conditions of sale.

• Made to order and despatch: products in our Tree of Treasures collection and bauble sets are made to order. We do not expect to begin despatching them until October 2026, with fulfilment continuing throughout October and November 2026. Estimated despatch dates are given in good faith and our Pre-Order Terms and Despatch Dates above apply. Payment is taken when you place your order, not when it is despatched.
• Order window: these promotions are available only during an order window set by us. We may announce, open, extend, shorten, amend, suspend, re-open or close the order window (and set or change any opening or closing dates) at any time and for any reason by updating our Site or promotional materials. Any such change will not affect orders we have already accepted.
• Availability and changes: all promotions, Bauble Gift Sets, Eligible Products and Free Gifts are subject to availability and to our terms and conditions of sale. We may withdraw, suspend or amend any of these promotions at our discretion. This will not affect orders already placed.
• Your cancellation and returns rights: your statutory right to cancel and our returns terms continue to apply to products bought under these promotions in the usual way (please see Your Right to Cancel and Returns & Refunds in our terms and conditions of sale), subject to the points set out above about Bauble Gift Sets and Free Gifts.
